This website is an experimental project to provide historic information on real estate websites and learn more about whether expired domains have any value for the purpose of search engine optimization. 8/31/11 Update: It appears that Google is resetting the Pagerank of expired domains, thereby substantially reducing their value. If you are able to negotiate to purchase an existing website, then the value can remain, but it seems that unfortunately most expired domains lose their PR value.
